Subject: Set SystemId for node based xalan::XSLTInputSource parameters *
 entities in transformations passed by DOM to FunctionGenerate or
 FunctionTransform require a valid system id as a FilesystemContext base to be
 resolved * added getBase member method to FilesystemContext
